I am Audrey Brown, Artisan Chocolatier and owner of CocoaBistro. My mission is to inspire people to celebrate each day with the gift of chocolate.  Over the past five years, I have been creating visually enticing and delicious confections made with pure Belgian chocolate, without palm oil or artificial ingredients.  Sourcing local when possible, my commitment is to using the best quality, seasonal products in my confections.
