Founded in Kingston ON in 2010, Benefits Consulting Plus works with businesses across Ontario helping to design and implement unique and innovative employee benefits plans, group retirement solutions, and individual insurance coverages.

Bryce Parisotto, CFP, is an Employee Benefits specialist and owner of Benefits Consulting Plus Inc.  Bryce has been working with employee benefits since 1997 and in 2012 Bryce was the recipient of the Kingston Chamber of Commerce “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award.  As a benefits consultant, Bryce examines the marketplace to provide clients with access to Employee Benefits solutions that meet their unique needs, objectives, and budget.

Shannon Bennett-Parisotto, CHS is an individual insurance specialist who guides clients to the right solution to protect their family, business, estate, and business.  Shannon has been working with individual insurance solutions since 1999 and joined Benefits Consulting Plus in 2014.
