The Rocking Horse Kingston is a locally-owned, independent toy store in the heart of Downtown Kingston. We are the sister store to Canada’s oldest independent toy store, The Rocking Horse – Owen Sound.

We are known for our selection of classic and retro toys, board games, wooden toys, stuffed animals, and unique novelty items! Our customers also have fun at the various events we throw throughout the year – our non-competitive children’s race, pedal car derby, Halloween party, March Break “Madness”, and more!

To play is not a mere pastime for children…

It allows them to create and express themselves! While playing, children explore, learn about themselves and discover the world around them.
