STAVEOFF is a physiotherapy clinic and gym designed to help you reach your goals! More than a gym and clinic, it’s a COMMUNITY. This community is a safe space to work through injuries, get active and have fun. Whether you are trying to reduce pain from an injury, avoid surgery, get back to your usual activities or stay consistent on an exercise program with great people, we have a program for you!

Gym Classes and Schedules

We have moved to a completely ONLINE platform. We are using Zoom. You will need to access our STAVE OFF Members’ Group. You can do so by clicking this link. 

We have done equipment rentals to all of our members that have credit cards on file. We have a running list of who has borrowed what from the gym. Collection will take place when we reopen.

Physiotherapy Assessments and Treatments

All three of our physiotherapists are still taking on new clients via Telehealth. There is no download of apps required and you can continue your course of care with your therapist.
