I offer gentle and accessible Hatha yoga for individuals, couples and small groups. My approach is trauma-sensitive, which provides an atmosphere of safety, choice and acceptance. My clients learn simple and effective techniques to relax the nervous system and relieve symptoms of stress and pain. Sessions cater to individual needs and preferences. My specialties include Yoga for Pelvic Wellness and Moving through Grief with Yoga. I offer in-person private sessions in my home yoga space and online. Virtual classes can include multiple participants across Canada. Weekday, evening and weekend appointments are available.
