Stave Off is a great gym that really cares about their members. They have great classes for pregnant or post-partum mothers that are run by a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Their regular gym classes are group classes but it feels like you get individual attention. The member community is so wonderfully supportive and encouraging!

Great food and friendly staff! Can’t wait to be able to go in for a sit down meal again. In the meantime, their takeout system is great, with some of the best choice off the menu (and made with local ingredients). Highly recommend!
