The entire staff is so invested in the health and wellness of every one of their clients. They regularly give instructional seminars on a wide range of health topics, ranging all the way from knee or shoulder pain to postpartum health and recovery. The physiotherapists and trainers are all knowledgeable and helpful and both owners know the names of every single client that walks through their doors, and make every effort to turn their space into a community.
